Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how Meet Mentora handles refunds and cancellations for paid services such as visa assistance, mentor sessions, documentation packages, and premium consulting.

1. Free vs Paid Services

Many counselling services for partner universities are free. Refunds generally apply only to paid add-ons (documentation reviews, premium mentors, visa handling, etc.).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or before service work begins, whichever is sooner.
  • Services already delivered (e.g., completed SOP review, finished mentor session) are non-refundable.
  • For bundled packages, completed components are deducted before calculating any partial refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@meetmentora.com with subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Provide your full name, registered email, order ID, service purchased, and reason for the request.
  3. Attach relevant proof (payment receipt, communication logs) if available.

4. Processing Time

We acknowledge refund requests within 3–5 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days via the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund if the request is made after services are delivered or tasks are in progress.
  • No refund for missed mentor sessions without 24-hour notice.
  • No refund for visa refusal, admission outcomes, or policy changes beyond our control.
  • No refund if false or fraudulent information was provided.

6. Cancellations by Meet Mentora

If we cancel a service due to internal reasons (e.g., mentor unavailability) and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered portion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect new services or regulations. The latest version will always be posted on meetmentora.com.
