Meet Mentora is committed to ethical, transparent, and responsible student recruitment. This policy applies to everyone who represents Meet Mentora — staff, counsellors, mentors, and partner institutions.
We uphold international best practices for ethical recruitment. Our counsellors, mentors, and partners must prioritize student welfare, long-term outcomes, and transparent communication at every step.
Advice is based on academic fit, career plans, and financial comfort — never solely on commission or institutional preference. Students are encouraged to evaluate multiple options before committing.
We provide accurate and current information about universities, programs, entry requirements, tuition, and living costs. Exaggeration, withholding facts, or misleading comparisons are not tolerated.
Meet Mentora does not guarantee university admission, visa approval, scholarships, employment, or permanent residence. Final decisions belong to universities, embassies, and government bodies.
Some partner universities may pay Meet Mentora a commission after a student enrols. These relationships are disclosed, and commissions never override student choice. Learn more in our Commission Disclosure & Transparency Policy.
We will not submit or endorse falsified academic records, financial statements, work histories, or identification documents. Any suspicion of fraud results in immediate service refusal and may end the relationship entirely.
Visa counselling is honest and realistic. We only support applications when eligibility is genuine and documented. We refuse to file weak, dishonest, or fabricated cases and always explain the true chances of success.
Mentors must share personal experiences transparently, refrain from legal or immigration guarantees, maintain professional conduct, and disclose conflicts of interest if present.
Every student is treated with respect, regardless of gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, or financial background. We believe equal access to honest information is essential for fair opportunities.
Students and partners can raise concerns by emailing hello@meetmentora.com. We investigate complaints promptly, share findings, and take corrective action when required.
This policy is reviewed regularly, and we welcome feedback from students, parents, and universities so we can keep improving our approach to ethical recruitment.
