1. Introduction

Meet Mentora ("we", "us", "our") operates from Nepal and offers a digital platform for study-abroad mentoring, document support, and partner university connections. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, mentors, institutions, and partners using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Meet Mentora: The company providing the Platform and services.
• Platform: meetmentora.com, subdomains, web apps, and related services.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
• Student: A User seeking guidance, mentorship, or study-abroad support.
• Mentor: A verified expert, consultant, or provider offering services through the Platform.
• Partner University: An educational institution collaborating with Meet Mentora or its partners.
• Services: Guidance, mentorship, application support, document review, and other offerings listed on the Platform.
• Content: All materials, articles, text, media, tools, and resources displayed on the Platform.

3. Scope of Services

Meet Mentora provides educational guidance, connects students with mentors, shares university and visa information, assists with documentation, and offers optional paid packages. We are not a university, embassy, immigration authority, or legal advisor. All decisions regarding admissions, visas, and enrollments are made by the relevant authorities.

4. No Guarantees

Meet Mentora does not guarantee university admission, visa approval, scholarships, permanent residency, employment offers, or any governmental outcome. Final decisions rest solely with universities, embassies, immigration bodies, and other authorities. Our role is to guide, prepare, and facilitate based on the information you provide.

5. University Partnerships & Commission Disclosure

We may have partnerships with certain universities or application aggregators. When a student enrolls at or through a partner institution, Meet Mentora may receive a commission. Commissions do not influence the recommendations you receive; you remain free to choose any pathway. Partner universities may be identified on the Platform.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Submit only genuine, unaltered documents.
• Comply with Platform policies, applicable laws, and mentor guidelines.
• Use the Platform respectfully and refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or unethical conduct.

Meet Mentora reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if we suspect fraud, false information, or misuse of the Platform.

7. Mentor Services

Mentors are independent professionals sharing knowledge from their experience. Advice provided is informational and does not constitute legal, immigration, or professional certification advice. Meet Mentora does not guarantee specific outcomes from mentor services.

8. Payments & Fees

Some features are free, while others are paid. Pricing is shown before purchase and may vary by service, mentor, or destination. Paid services must be purchased in advance. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content, branding, and materials on the Platform belong to Meet Mentora or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for limited personal use of publicly available materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet Mentora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from visa refusals, admission denials, policy changes, actions of universities or mentors, platform downtime, or events beyond our control. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in conduct that may harm other Users or Meet Mentora. You may also stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or application systems (e.g., universities, aggregators). Meet Mentora is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party sites. Review their terms and privacy policies separately.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.
